Dogs can hear a particular pitch that humans cannot – that should be of concern to you.
A dress that was indeed black and blue was being perceived as white and gold by 50% of the population – that should shake you to your very core.
Our brain has the capability of shutting off sensory signals without our consent – that should blow your mind.
Our reality used to be that our inhabitance was on a flat world until it was proved to be round.
The sky used to be the limit till we landed on the moon.
The common denominator between these facts that took it from impossible to possible was simply thinking beyond the current limitations; asking “What if?”. What if there are sounds we’re incapable of picking up. What if the dress could be perceived as a different color. What if the world is actually round, what if we could travel beyond the clouds? To be frank, I even use the term “fact” lightly as what we come to understand now can easily change at any time.
As we have yet to experience this “reality” to its full potential, it should really make you think. At the same time, this very revelation should make you realize how limitless we truly are.
There are still phenomena we have to discover. That which we are not yet prepared to uncover. That considered, who has the audacity to naysay your dreams and write them off as insanity when more ears are being opened everyday?
People who were once deaf since birth now have the technology to hear for the first time. We’ve jumped into an era where gamers can make 5-figures a month by doing what they love from the comfort of their home. We’ve seen lives changed completely overnight by a simple tweet. This is what is happening.
If you want amazing things to happen in your life, open your ears and be prepared to hear the unheard of. Nothing is impossible, they have only yet to be reached. These things can not be reached by keeping in a box of disbelief. Open your mind, dream your wildest dreams. Envision your greatest fantasy and the most enamored reality you can imagine. Then wake up and start reaching for it.
